Replacement Policy

At The Venturist, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we do not offer refunds or returns on any products once purchased.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at shop@theventurist.pk

2.  Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost to you.

   Important Notes

   • No refunds or exchanges will be processed under any circumstances other than a verified damaged/defective product.

   • Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are strictly non-replaceable unless defective.

   • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories, if applicable, for the replacement to be processed.
